A day of cars, food, fun and friends; all while supporting a great cause.

Kids & Horses is teaming up with Al & Vicki Jewell to host Friendship Day at P and K Ranch in Gardnerville on August 25th, 2024. Come hang out with old friends, and make new ones!  This is just a social event for car lovers and car appreciators to hang out and talk shop for a cause. There will be a 50/50 raffle, DJ Vicki will be bringing the tunes, and all proceeds go towards supporting Kids & Horses programs and facility.

Friendship Day was a valley event that happened for years within the car community.  Unfortunately, the individual who provided the location moved away, leaving the group without a space to hold the event.

While discussing new fundraising/community connection ideas, a board member suggested a car show.  P & K Ranch (where Carson Valley Youth Day is held) generously donated their space, and we connected with Al & Vicki Jewell of the local Inliners International-Northern NV Chapter, and Antique Automobile Club of America (AACA)-Carson-Tahoe Chapter.  After meeting with Al & Vicki, we decided to bring back Friendship Day.  We hope that this event is the start of something great within our community. 

Registration is $20 for participants. (Includes 1 meal ticket for a hot dog, chips and beverage combo). Additional meal tickets for purchase at event for $5.

Check-in starts at 8am for registered participants. *Bring your own canopy for shade at your vehicle.

Doors open to the public at 10am. Public entry fee is $10 per car and includes 1 meal ticket. Additional meal tickets available to purchase at event for $5. (Hot dog, chips and beverage).

Limited ability to take card payments the day of the event, cash or checks are preferred as much as possible!
